    Each Heera Whole Red Chilli is sun dried from the finest handpicked fresh chillies available. Whole Chilli is an integral ingredient in a variety of dishes including Sambhar, Rasam, Kadhi Pakora, Biryani, Madras Curry, plus many more. To rehydrate these chillies lightly roast them for 3 minutes then place in a bowl. Pour over slightly cooled boiled water to just about cover them. Gently press the chillies down under the water for 2 minutes. Rehydrate chillies can be chopped or cut into strips and added to soups, stews, salads and salsas. They can also be added to oil and vinegar to create a spicy dressing.
