Sohum Atta is ground in a stone mill or chakki, the traditional method of grinding grain, which results in a uniformly fine, high quality product that retains its traditional purity, fresh taste, succulent flavour, rich aroma and high nutritional value. Sohum Atta absorbs more water during the dough preparation stage; the dough thus requires less oil or ghee to make rotis that remain soft for a long time, making them a healthier food.
