Sat-Isabgol, a natural vegetable product, is derived from Isabgol Seeds by milling process. It is the upper coating of Plantago Ovata (Ispagul) which is highly purified by sieving and winnowing. 5 to 10g (1-2 table spoon) of Sat-Isabgol can be freely taken according to need with a glass of water, syrup, milk, fruit juice or salted curd or lassi.
