Mini Madras Plain Pappaddams (Appalam). Cooking Instructions: Heat sufficient oil in a pan to immerse a papadum. Once hot place each papadum in oil and fry one at a time. Ensure that each papadum is well covered and fry for 3 – 4 seconds. Remove papadum, place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil and serve with mango chutney or a condiment of your choice.
